Seen all the interest that you carry to the meetings of the club, those Ci are temporarily removed, any time, at the time of our stroll, the members of the committee and of the core will meet when is necessary
even the table so below (The dates so above are as an indication, with each meeting.) In gray: meeting last/In green: meeting confirmed/In yellow: meeting future In fat: A.G and Principal Meeting
Our AG (General meeting) will always be done between the 5 and the last day of January of each year.
With the program: (As an indication) Renewal of the contribution. Reading of the accounts of the previous year. Against returned activities of the previous year. Project of the year. Others.
The Gazette of the club
Innovation as from 2007
The Gazette of the club passes from a publication every 2 months to a publication quarterly + the edition special AG. Each gazette will take again all the reports of the activities of the last quarters plus the infos and articles various. It will leave press towards the 15 of the month which follows each quarters. It will be to distribute to all the members by way postal. It changed format, format A4 it passes to the format of booklet since number 25. The gazette of the Club will contain the following headings:
The cover (out of paper to case and of color) The synopsis Word of the drafting The news of the club Novel members The members who leave us Birthdays of our members Opinion with the members Activities of the club of the last quarters The future ones trott club and projects of the members The calendar of the remaining club of the quarters of the year Humour of the quarter Others
A game supplement of the BDC will appear with the gazette of the holidays
A supplement “Gogolfolies” will appear with the gazette of AG
Information Contact
At the beginning of each month, the members will receive “Information Contact”, with for recall activities for the 2 months future.
Information Flash
The members who one Internet will receive “Information Flash” during the month in progress with the infos of next strolls where activity.
