Principal pages of the club “Our Club”
The club was created between the 26 and on December 30, 2003 by,
Jean-Marie De Kegel / Francis Trullemans / Jean-Pierre Singelé
in order to gather the happy owners only 2cv and light van of agglomeration of Capital Brussels and its close area.

In 2004
The club wants to be accessible to all and all and to be simplest possible of operation, no the president, vice-president nor secretary but a coordinator and persons in charge of zones.
Projects
Creation of the Web site. Creation of the Gazette of the club. Realization of a voyage.
Achievements
Creation of the Web site with a capacity of 50 MB and the realization of the Gazette of the club for the members. Realization of the 1st voyage club in Ardeche with Jame, Christophe and Tchantches starting from Mihiel saint (after the concentration which was held of the 23 to the 26) from July 26 to August 2 and a stage in Normandy on the return, re-entry in Brussels for Jame and Christophe on August 3 and Tchantches on August 6.

In 2005
The club accepts all the models derived from the 2cv and accepts all the owners of Belgium. A committee is created with a President, a Vice president - Treasurer, a Secretary and two Public relation. It obtains two Conseillés.
Projects
Installation of a made up council of a President, of a Vice-president, a Secretary and a Treasurer. To carry out a concentration. To find a hangar to make minor repairs and restorations on our deuches. To carry out a voyage of one or two weeks (S) in Ardeche (2 last week of August, the eager members said taken part are there to request of contacted Jame) Realization of 10 ballades club. Achievements
At the beginning of January we found our hangar. The capacity of our site at summer re-examined with the rise and passes to 100 MB. January 23, 2005, the members of the club voted to elect the members of the committee, as of now we have a President, a Vice-president and Treasurer (dual mandate), a Secretary and two Public Relations. You will find the names of the candidates elected in the page “to contact Us” From June 3 we have to carry out our first concentration successfully with a participation of 51 vehicles. Sunday exposure of the deuches on the Large one Places of Brussels and photo memory in front of Manekenpis. Realization of the 2nd voyage club in Ardeche, only Jame and its family have pus carried out this voyage. This year, we organized 5 ballades club. On October 15, reconstitution of the committee, after the resignation of Laurent Tambwé at the post of Secretary. One of our Public Relations, Arnaud Famerée, his to propose to take the post of Secretary until the next election 2007. From September, the gazette of the club passes from a publication monthly magazine to a publication every 2 months. During the 6 last months of the year, the site of the club receive a new face lift. The edition of the ECO100 2005 is deferred to edition ECO100 2006
We finished the year with 38 members.
En 2006
The club accepts all the owners of 2cv and derived from all Europe. The Committee obtains two Conseillés additional.
Projects
Following between sight with the President of the Life with Deuche, it was agreed that our club will organize Eco100 edition 2006. At the beginning of January 2006, at the time of the next General meeting, new a Charter of the Members will be born, following the modifications of the committee. Again articles will be added to the level of the active members and the members of the committee. Certain term as Annual meeting is replaced by General meeting. The realization of our concentration with a visit on the Large one Places from Brussels Sunday (as in 2005) The realization of the 1st gathering of Méhari of Belgium. Achievements
The capacity of our site at summer re-examined with the rise and passes to 400 MB. We have to always leave the places on Friday 28 in convoys of 4 deuches until Dole of the Alain and Annick one taken the road of Framont while the 3 others deuches continued towards Haironville for the concentration of Deuch-Méhari-Dyane in Barrois (DMDB). Alain and Annick returned on Saturday 29 Vilvoorde with a problem of box while the other accomplice returned on Sunday 30 Brussels.
We finished the year with 43 members.
En 2007
A new Committee took up duty after the elections of January. The new candidates thus elected, were taken among the members of the outgoing Committee like among Conseillés wishing to put itself on the lists. The members will receive the electoral roll at the end of December. Only members of the years 2004/2005 and active members for 2007 and in order of contribution, one a right to vote under the terms of the Statutes and of the Payment of an Interior Nature which takes effect on January 1, 2007. This list of the members voter, was to send at the same time as the electoral roll.

Disappearance of current the Charter of the Members and replaced by a Payment of the club Of new contribution will be born at the time of our AG Election of the new committee Realization of the 4th voyage club in Normandy and one 15 days duration old Brittany
Achievements
The new committee is elected, all these members will be outgoing on December 31, 2008 On June 27, 2007, our President Jean-Marie De Kegel alias Jame gave his resignation of its position of president and member. Uschi alias Madam the President also gave her resignation in time that member of the club. The voyage of the club did not take place in Normandy, but we took a small weekend in Alsaces.

We finished the year with 23 members.
En 2008
Complete reorganization of the club. New composition of the members: the committee/the Hard core/Members/Members Adhering The Active members of 2007 become Membre of the Hard core. The committee is not any more elected, but is on voluntariate basis among the Members of the Hard core. Touts the Members of the Hard core, are Technical Conseillés. The Members Sympathizers and Benefactors, become Membre. The Members Adhering bottom a 6 months training course, then passes Membre. January the club is member with the F.B.V.A. (Belgian Federation of the Old Vehicles) The contributions are not versed any more in January, but owe beings poured in December of the previous year. The statutes and the payment of an interior nature is adapted to the new structure of the club The statutes and the payment of an interior nature are not systematically any more given to the members, but the members can ask for a copy of it constantly.
